GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders are shipped within the contiguous US only.
- Orders cannot not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military APOs. If a PO Box or APO is used during checkout, your order will be automatically cancelled.
SHIPPING RATES
- Some item may qualify for complimentary shipping, and may be noted on the product page. If your item or total order does not qualify for complimentary shipping, applicable shipping costs will be applied at checkout.
- Shipping fees are charged per order, and are at fixed rates depending on shipment order value and delivery location.
- Complimentary shippping is offered on orders over $250 or more, after any discounts may have been applied.

LEAD TIMES
- All in-stock items ship immediately based on availability. Some items may have longer lead times. Please refer to the product page for details.
- Orders with multiple items may be delivered in multiple shipments. We work with several delivery partners and suppliers that work to deliver your order safely and timely.
GENERAL DELIVERY
- Please ensure furniture items will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators in their packaging before you place your order. Product and package dimensions are included in the product description on each product page on our website, where possible. Failed delivery due to inability to access your home may result in additional delivery charges.
- Please ensure the correct address is provided when placing your order. Once your order has been processed and in transit, we no longer have control over the delivery of your items.
- Speed of delivery depends on the type of product, product availability, and proximity to your address. To help you with your purchasing decision, please refer to the product page to find out more about delivery lead times.
- You will receive a confirmation email with delivery information for each shipment. You may receive a fixed delivery date with tracking information or be contacted by a delivery partner to arrange a delivery date and time window. If the delivery partner is not able to establish contact with you, your order may be returned, and re-delivery fees may be charged.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any applicable or additional costs incurred for delivery issues, such as:
- items not delivered
- items late-delivered
- items returned due to incorrect address provided at checkout
- product says delivered but customer claims to not have product
- customer not home for pre-arranged delivery
- customer not collecting items by a deadline provided
- returned, re-routed, misplaced, stolen, or lost packages
- any other delays caused by the carrier
- If your order has already shipped, we are not able to cancel the order or edit shipping details. If an order was shipped with an incorrect address, please contact the carrier to make relevant address changes.
- If you miss your delivery appointment, or if the delivery company is not able to establish contact with you, your order may be returned or subject to re-delivery and/or re-scheduling fees.
DELIVERY TYPES
- Standard Furniture Delivery. Items will be delivered to the ground floor, lobby, or first dry area of your home or apartment building, unless otherwise noted. Deliveries to any address that require using a lift or staircase may be left at the entrance of the lift or foot of the staircase. This delivery option does not include in-home delivery, unpacking, assembly, or debris removal.
- Specialized Furniture Delivery. For delivery by specialized carriers, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to confirm a delivery date and timeframe. This delivery option does not include in-home delivery, unpacking, assembly, or debris removal.
- Ground Delivery. If your delivery does not meet the above criteria, your items may be delivered by Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or USPS, and you will be provided with tracking information once your order is on the way.
