RETURNS + REFUNDS

We understand an item may not be what you expected it to be. We want you to feel that every item is perfect, and will do our best to make things right. If an item was not right for your space, or if you changed your mind, we always work to our best ability to resolve the issue, subject to the terms below. 

RETURN POLICY
  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, however, some items may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product page for details.
  • Eligible items must be returned in its original condition - new, unused, and unopened.
  • Returns must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund, after which a store credit will be given once the return has been processed. 
  • Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee per item, and deducted from your refund. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee per item, and deducted from your refund. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
IF YOUR ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR REFUND
  • Contact hello@misterhaus.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return. Include your name, order number, delivery address, and reason for your return request.   
  • We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions on how and where to send your item. Approved items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided. Items returned without an RA number, or returned after the timefame provided will void eligibility for a return, refund, or store credit.
  • Returned items undergo a thorough inspection as a part of the return process. Items confirmed to be returned new, unused, and unopened will receive a return, refund, or store credit. Items that do not meet standards will receive a return, refund, or store credit.
  • Please note that a refund or store may not be issued for items received damaged due to inadequate packaging. 
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN, OR REFUND  
  • Items purchased as 'SALE", "FINAL SALE" or "LIMITED EDITION"
  • Items that have been assembled, then subsequently disassembled
  • Items that have been used, show wear and tear, or are no longer in new, unused, and unopened condition
  • Items returned without an Return Authorzation (RA) number
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items refused on delivery for reasons other than damage in transit
  • Assembly services included with your delivery
  • Outbound or return shipping charges
DISCOUNT IN LIEU OF A RETURN
  • We may offer a discount to keep the item rather than return it. If you accept this offer, the item will be considered a final sale, and will not eligible for further discounts, or eligible for a return or refund. If you do not wish to accept the discount, you may proceed with the standard return process.
REFUND POLICY
  • If your item is eligible for a refund, the refund process will begin once the returned items have been received and confirmed to be in new, unused, and unopened condition
  • If a refund is expected, please allow up to 7 business days from when the return is processed. 
  • Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your purchase was made with multiple payment methods, your refund will be issued to each method accordingly. Refunds issued as a merchandise credit may take approximately 2 business days to become available.
